Six Sentence Sunday #7

In the last two weeks we’ve learned Lydia and Jake are about to spent some lengthy time together on a project. Last week Lydia got to see Jake’s eyes darken when she called him sir and it left her wanting more. Now this week’s 6 we get learn a few of Jake’s thoughts and if Lydia has distracted him.

He had not expected to feel the pull to her so strongly.

Sure she had called him sir and that alone would please many dominates, but Jake was not used to feeling the allure of a woman during the work hours.

The fact that the formal address came from sweet quiet Lydia’s lips was making his cock rock hard.

He had a half hour to pull himself together before getting locked in a room with her for the rest of the day.

Lydia was not someone who you noticed very often, she barely ever talked.

Now all he could think about was the length of her long brown hair and the intensity that had shown in her big round eyes.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I’d really like to know what you think of my 6. Please leave a comment and then be sure to check out the other Six Sunday authors. I have a feeling this week I’m going to find some new favorites, happy hunting.

Six Sentence Sunday #6

I’m back again this week with another 6 from my novella WIP.  Last week I introduced you to Jake and Lydia.

Jake and Lydia work together. When Jake selects Lydia to work with him on a special project their instant attraction starts a torturous simmer neither expected. Just before the following 6 sentences Lydia got lost in her own fantasies.

“Lydia, thanks for rejoining us.

Clear your calendar and meet me back here in a half hour,” Jake commanded.

She looked up into his eyes and stammered out, “Yes Sir, I mean…ok, I’ll do that.”

Everyone was up and half way to the door before Lydia made a move.

She was lost in the split second in which she saw Jake’s eyes darken.

She wanted to see that again, but he was gone.

I hope you enjoyed my 6, please let me know what you think!! I hope you will come back next week to find out more about Jake and Lydia. Please check out the other Six Sunday authors & have a lovely week and an excellent Super Bowl Sunday!!

Six Sentence Sunday #5

I’m back! I have not participated in SixSunday since late November and I’ve missed the fun tremendously. I’ve been lost in edit land in my first book, but a week ago I started writing a novella to cheer me up. I’m happy to bring you 6 from the 1st chapter of my first novella.

Jake and Lydia work together. A new database just went live and the problems are overwhelming. The boss has called a meeting to figure out what should be done.

“Mr. Keller, we need strong policies and procedures to move forward,” declared Jake, who sat across from her.

“Jake, I think you are onto something,” boss man Mr. Keller usually agreed with Jake. “I’d like you to head the team on this one Jake. Pick someone from this table and lock yourselves in a room and get it done,”  and with that Mr. Keller left us in Jake’s capable hands.

Not a sound could be heard in the room, she wondered if everyone was thinking about the only thing on her mind and pounding in her heart.

Locked in a room with Jake.

I hope you enjoyed my 6, please let me know what you think!! I hope you will come back next week to find out more about Jake and Lydia. Please check out the other Six Sunday authors, they are a really impressive bunch!! Have a lovely week!!

Six Sentence Sunday #4

Picking my 6 this week was the hardest so far.  I’m still working on my 1st WIP but as you can see by the graphic on the right I’m getting close to being done with this book.  I’m hoping I do not turn into one of those writers who never finishes.  I really like to finish projects and I really want to join a critique group!!!  I’m currently working on some edits.

Back to today’s post, this week I’m starting to show you some heat from my book.  Although this isn’t the first heated scene, it’s the first I’m sharing.  Sam and Mark are meeting for the first time at Club Voyage.  Here are six from the end of their greeting at the beginning of the evening.

While staring deeply into my eyes he takes both his hands and caresses my breasts.

He locates both of my nipples through the fabric, pinches and then pulls.

He does pinch a lot harder than I do, oh that’s nice.

“Eyes on me Sam,” he commands.

I open my eyes and he’s staring into…me, making me feel so many things.

“Follow me.”

I’m starting to get the feeling Sam would follow Mark just about anywhere, but we shall see.  I hope you enjoyed my first sneak at the heat!!

I’ve really enjoying all the authors who participate in SixSunday!!  I have a few new books I’ve already read, couple waiting for me to read and still a few to buy.  I wonder what new attachments I’ll make today, make sure to go make some of your own: SixSunday

Six Sentence Sunday #3

I’ve got another 6 for you all, from my WIP I’m All Yours. Sam’s good friend Charlie has started her on a journey with a man, a Dominate named Mark.  Sam and Mark have exchanged a few emails and now they are having their first meet at a coffee shop.

He turns my right hand over so my knuckles  are facing him.

“It is very nice to meet you Samantha,” While keeping his eyes on mine he leans in and kisses my
knuckles very sweetly.

I actually blush and practically whisper “thank you, it’s nice to meet you too.”

We sit silently for a bit and drink our coffees. It feels like he is observing me, trying to figure me out.  I start to feel heavy, almost relaxed, that’s
strange, I was so nervous a second ago.

oh Charlie, what has she gotten Sam into? I’m pretty sure Sam doesn’t know what to think of her journey OR Mark, 🙂  Come back next week to see if they start to burn up or just crash

Lots more to read, get hooked, laugh and cry about over at http://www.sixsunday.com/ visit as many as you can, visit those you have before and try out someone knew, you never know when you will fall for a another great author!!!!

Six Sentence Sunday #2

I had so much fun last Sunday.  Not only did I find new authors to follow, but I found several books to read and I got some really nice comments too.  After such a fun start I’m jumping in again for the 2nd time in a row.

I’m keeping to my current WIP I’m All Yours and continuing in the same scene from last week.  Sam has come to her good friend Charlie for advice after firmly committing to learning about her own needs.  After some trepidation Charlie has finally gotten Sam to open up a little.  Charlie has one more question to ask and hear Sam’s response before she can confirm her next steps.

“Do you want someone to injure you?” Charlie queries

“Well, no, not injure,” she’s asking straightforward questions and it’s beginning to make me feel a
little more comfortable.

“Well ok then, see, not so terrible,” she says confidently.

Not so terrible, that probably depends on who you ask.  “But Charlie, it’s not that simple”

“Oh but Sam, it is.  Do you know what I’m going to do?”

“I have no idea what we are even talking about,” I say confused but excited.

I wont have time to peruse all the #SixSunday posts until Sunday night and I have a real good reason.  Starting November 12th through November 18th I’ll be in full day sessions and earning my Nia White Belt.  I’m really excited about this intense week, but I also can’t wait to get home tonight and read all the posts.  I hope you enjoyed my 2nd 6, please let me know what you really think and come back next week!!  I already have an idea for my 3rd 6 where much will be revealed about what Charlie has discovered about Sam’s needs and what she sets in motion.

Six Sentence Sunday #1

I’m jumping in with both feet into the #SixSunday fun.  Sure I’ve hesitated now for a few weeks, but no more.  The six sentences below are from my current and 1st WIP I’m All Yours.  Sam has come to her good friend for advice after firmly committing to learning about her own needs.

I look her in the eyes, I know she cares and will listen but I’m still nervous to start this conversation.

“I don’t think I can do that, it’s just too embarrassing,” I whisper as I swirl my finger in the condensation on my glass.

“Nothing doing, you know I’m open minded, no judgment here.  Sam, look at me.” I look right at her, again.

“That’s better, I just want to help you, it’s obvious you want to talk to me about something, so go on, spill it.”

Please let me know what you think and come back next Sunday for six more sentences in Sam’s journey.  Thank you to everyone over at http://sixsunday.com, if you have not yet checked out their site, go now, you just might find a new author to follow.
