PINK AND WHITE RANUNCULUS Hello! Welcome back to My Sexy Saturday. I”ll be working on the second book in my Club Blind series soon and it will star Candy. Her boss is the heroine from Untangle Me. So, I’m sharing a scene from that book when the hero brings the heroine flowers. Aw. Happy Valentine’s Day!

These 7 paragraphs are from the first chapter in Untangle Me. Seth arrives at Ivy’s place of business to thank her for planning his event. I’ll let you guess who is more nervous. Enjoy!

He noticed her legs first, then the pencil skirt, the rich red of her silk blouse, and finally her curious brown eyes. She was gorgeous. He often dated women younger than himself, and it never seemed to bother anyone, and he really hoped it didn’t bother Ivy. He was becoming anxious to know her better. Their more than fifteen-year age difference was nothing to worry about. With a strong grip, he held out the vase, hoping they would convey what he couldn’t say at the moment.

“Thank you.” She smiled politely and took the vase from him. “I see you’ve remembered our bet.” She pointed to the dollar he’d had folded in place of the card and stuck in among the flowers.

“You got lucky, this time.” He’d hoped she’d like the folded dollar bill. He imagined she wouldn’t be easy to predict.

“I don’t think so. I’m hardly ever lucky.” He heard the melancholy in her tone, but could only see her business smile. “I hope you’re pleased with the party and will consider recommending us to your colleagues.”

“I’m very pleased. You gave me exactly what I needed.” He’d make up reasons for more parties if he had to. He needed to see her again. “Let me take you out to lunch and we can talk about it.”

“I’ll be chained to the desk for the rest of the day. We’re in the middle of planning our next affair.” Her eyes widened for a second and then she turned to place the flowers on the reception desk. She stuck out her hand. “Thanks again for choosing Reed & Company.”

“Another time, then.” He grabbed hold of her hand and squeezed. “Goodbye, Ivy.” There had to be another angle. He didn’t want this one getting away.

Mid Week Tease – She Knows Exactly What She’s doing – a snippet from Untangle Me

Welcome to hump day my friends. Thank you to the beautiful, Sandra Bunino for bringing us together.

For the remainder of this year, I’m sharing snippets from each of my four other books. I’ll share more from In the Blind next year. Last week, I shared from Taking Chances.

This week, I’m going to share a snippet from Unravel Me: In this snippet: Ivy has arrived at the club to meet Seth for their first date. She’s been searching for him and from her spot on the dance floor, she finally found him. Enjoy!

From the center seat at the bar, Seth’s direct stare held her captive. A new song excited the crowd and cheers surrounded them, but neither of them paid it any attention.

His jacket and tie were gone, giving her a closer look at his all-male body. The top button on his white shirt was undone. She wanted to undo the rest and get a glimpse at what lay underneath. Round shoulders tapered to his waist. She bit her lip as she imagined his length.

He made no move to come to her, his elbow still rested on the bar. He was a man waiting for the world to come to him.

Not the world. Her.

The comfortable confidence and the heat shining in his eyes turned her on. She swayed her hips to the hypnotic beat. Her hands felt their way up her thighs, around her hips, and an inch past her waist, he got up and walked towards her.

In no time, his feet stepped in between hers and together they rocked to the music. The drums and base from the band pushed a rhythm into her body, driving her desire. Their fingers interlaced. She snuggled closer and breathed in his clean musky scent.

She wanted to touch him, but he kept a hold on her hands. He pushed them both behind her, causing her back to arch and her breasts to press deliciously into his hard body. Heat rolled through her. She let her head fall back, exposing her neck.

His lips brushed across her collarbone. They continued to rock back and forth, their hips swaying and rubbing together. He took her wrists in one hand and his other stroked down her neck, over her shoulder, caressed the side of her breast, and around her waist to land on her butt. He squeezed her ass and pressed her into the hard ridge of his cock. She lowered her chin and moaned as she took in his expression filled with raw desire. I LOVE putting romance in my books. I also put my characters through a good bit of sexual tension, conflict, and a heap of kink, but giving them their happy ending is definitely my sweet spot. Ivy is a young event planner and she’s completely smitten with her newest client, the ultra successful businessman, Seth. However, Seth is not the type of guy Ivy wants in her life, but she may have him pegged all wrong. LAST WEEK: Their secret kinks were revealed and Seth even received the stamp of approval from her trainer. THIS WEEK: I’ve skipped over a little bit and a huge question from Seth, but someone has just interrupted their lunch. Welcome friends old and new. I’m glad you came. Today, I’m sharing from my second release, UNTANGLE ME.

Ivy is a young event planner and she’s completely smitten with her newest client, the ultra successful businessman, Seth. However, Seth is not the type of guy Ivy wants in her life. LAST WEEK: after Ivy was outed as a submissive through an overseen text, Seth outed himself as well. Now what! THIS WEEK: I’ve skipped a bit of their conversation. The last text Ivy gets below in the snippet is from her trainer, just like all the rest. Enjoy.

Not only was he sitting at a secluded table with the woman who’d been heating his dreams, but she was a submissive in training too. He silently cursed his travel schedule. He’d clearly never seen her at the club or he would be training her instead of leaving the job to Marcus.

He’d had plenty of good fortune in his life, but this little tidbit excited him most of all. After hitting send on his text, he set the phone down and watched her.

She took a calming breath and jumped when her phone buzzed. She pulled her phone out of her bag, set it on the table, and swiped the screen.

“You’re in good hands. I’ll talk with you later.”

All is going well until Ivy’s trainer from the BDSM club decides to text her with an impromptu quiz. We’re still in Seth’s POV.

Her phone buzzed again. Not wanting anything interrupting their moment, he grasped her hand as it landed on the phone. Their eyes locked until the phone lit and the message appeared.
