Definition of Love Out Of Lust with Ray Sostre

Today I have fellow Friday Flasher, Ray Sostre. He’s here to talk about the definition of Love Out Of Lust and this is also the title of his just released series. Parts one and two are available now and part three is on its way. You’ll find the sexy covers, blurbs, an excerpt, and links below. I’ve read part one and I’m looking forward to part two. Take it away, Ray. 🙂

Definition of Love Out Of Lust

Imagine yourself living with someone of the opposite sex you never thought you’d ended up having sexual attractions with – your roommate. Your roommate recently broke up with someone, and had swore off being serious for a long time. Think of yourself in the same relationship status; single with no ties and bounds. Think of the possible convenience with someone – sexually? Would you take it?

The idea of lust is to express those long, hidden desires with someone that you’ve wanted to share you sexual fantasies and experience with. Something has sparked that sexual attraction between you and the other person. What is strange is that you’d never thought it be someone like your best friend. He/She shares the same feeling for you sexually, but one respects the nature of the friendship between you and the other person.

Think of yourself sharing the same desire of being naked together, on the couch, fucking hard and strong, letting out the inner-demon in you, yet watching your best friend share the same inner-demon in them; up to the point where you want this person for the rest of your life. The real question is would you be willing to go through this? All it takes is a moment of weakness, and the rest is history; jealousy, confusion, insecurity, and hopeless feelings come to play between you and the other person, but if a communication is build there is trust and hope.

All relationships must have a source of lust, but in the end the party must decide between the idea of Love or Lust. Which one is it?

When I came out with the “Love Out Of Lust Series”, I wanted to go all out of how a fantasy relationship between two people should be. I want to express how two best friends had this sexual desire, but yet the comfort between them made it difficult to just keep it sexual. One has to give way; one way or another. Sexual relationships are awesome, but only short-term. I, as an author, has had several sexual relationships, and I’ve always began my relationship in a sexual relationship. I learned that there can only be one that will be just right for you. I was fortunate to find one of my type, but without love, there’s no hope for happiness; only despair.

“Love Out Of Lust” is a series that explains the joy of a sexual relationship, and then the consequences, because the ones who get hurt are two people who initiated the sexual relationship. Nothing lasts forever; things change. But I promise this series to have a happy ending, but I want to explain the doubts and possibilities of pain, before there is hope, while providing the most sweltering scene to keep you locked in your bathroom, I hope. 🙂

While Part One is just the beginning to the story. I want to create my hottest stories from this series, and I want you to enjoy both Part One & Part Two, available on Smashwords and soon Amazon.

Love Out Of Lust Part One CoverBLURB to Love Out Of Lust – Part One

Daryl & Marisol have been best friends since childhood, and live together as roommates.

The two never developed this attraction, until one night when Marisol admitted some things to him out of a moment of weakness, and Daryl pursued those feeling himself. When their moment of weakness turns into something sexual, where does their friendship lead from Love Out Of Lust Cover Part Twothere?

BLURB to Love Out Of Lust – Part Two

It just happened. Daryl & Marisol had sex for the first time and they felt weird about it. Was it meant to be? Can they just keep it as a one-time thing? And if they can’t, can they maintain their friendship without being hurt?

Here is the excerpt to Love Out Of Lust – Part One.

“Can I be honest with you?” Marisol asked.

“What’s that?”

“I too have masturbated more than I’ve had sex. So don’t feel bad.”

He sighed with a slight frown, go ahead rub it in, but wondered what she’d look like while she masturbated? He’d heard her a few times, and now here they were sharing their most intimate moments about themselves. He was turned on, and he wondered if she felt it too. To add to it, what was she really wearing underneath her robe?

However, he played it off. “I never thought you’d masturbate.”

“I have ever since I was twelve; I experienced my first orgasm at that time. I even keep my toys in my bedroom.”

“So that explains the strange sounds coming from the other room,” he joked.

Marisol reached over and tapped his leg, laughing. “Shut up. You act like you’ve been quiet. I can hear you play porn in your bedroom.”

“Oh, but you’re louder.”

“No I’m not… am I?”

“I’ve heard you moan but never bugged you about it.”

“Am I really that loud?” She asked with a sense of insecurity.

“Yes, you’re that loud.” He emphasized the meaning. “Here’s how. Just a week ago, I heard you moaning out of pleasure. At first, I thought you had someone in your bedroom but realized it was just you alone. I heard something buzzing from your bedroom, and that sucker was really loud. Then I heard your screams. You suck at muffling them, especially when I’m trying to sleep.”

Her face reddened. She somehow remembered that night. “Oh, my god, I didn’t know I was that loud.”

“You were. I heard you masturbate all through the night, I…” he paused, wondering if he should admit what he did.

“You what? Tell me,” she pushed.

“Nah, nothing.”

Her eyes widened in reaction. “Wait a minute, you masturbated to me masturbating?’

Release Date: May 1, 2013

Length: 44000 words

Publisher: Eternal Press

Genre: Erotic Romance

Just a little about me to let your readers know who I am.

I live in rural England, United Kingdom and I work in an antiques shop as well as writing. I have two dogs that keep me fit with their need for walks. Love the countryside and the coast.

I write romance, contemporary, and erotic with a twist of mystery, suspense, or the paranormal, now and then. I like to make the story unusual in some way, by a quirk in the tale.

I started writing when I was seventeen. Life intervened in my writing time and I stopped serious writing for some time. I started writing again seriously a couple of years ago, because I had so many stories in my head.

Blurb:

Actor Seth Carbery swears he will never fall in love again, that is until he meets private detective Bethany Snow.

Something strange is going on. Seth and other members of the movie cast and crew are receiving threatening letters, but no threat has ever been carried out… yet. Bethany Snow is sent on location by the Black Agency to investigate, and guard Seth Carbery against danger.

The case is not what it first seems and even when Bethany thinks it could be over, a new twist means she becomes a target.

Seth and Bethany find they can’t keep their hands off each other.

Who is sending the letters and why? Does Seth have a secret admirer or stalker?

With steamy romance, graphic love scenes, and a quirky story of what people do for love this erotic romance is for adults only.

Thanks, Elodie. Now for some inside scoop, I’d like to welcome Bethany, the heroine from The Last Time.

Tell us about yourself and the book you star in.

The book is ‘The Last Time’ and it’s probably the last time you’ll read anything with me in it. It’s a romance and set on a movie location. I get to have lots of yummy sex with someone who shall remain nameless, as that might be a spoiler. It’s a fun book although a little thread of suspense and mystery run through it.

Why will we not read anything else with you starring in there Bethany, that sounds intriguing?

I can’t say without giving away the end of the book, but let’s just say it’s a happy reason.

Most of us want to be different, so what is the one thing you wish the author had done differently with you?

I would have liked to give my point of view a little more often, in the love scenes, just because sex is different for a woman. I think that the author wanted to show the great relationship that the three central characters developed, me being one of them, but I didn’t have much influence over that either.

If you could have added something to the story, and the author would have let you, what would that have been?

I would have liked more physical action perhaps, to show off my martial arts abilities.

What do you think of the author?

I think she tries to give everyone a fair chance in the limelight. She gives characters their dignity too. She tries to make the sex scenes about the love people feel for each other. She’s okay. I guess she’ll be reading this interview.

You get the chance to have the author change your name what will it be?

I actually like my name although that would have been a hoot if suddenly someone had shortened my name, and I’d been with Seth, another main character, because it would have been Seth and Beth.

Give up three of your deepest, darkest secrets.

You’re kidding. Why would I do that? They’re secrets. Okay I’ll tell you a couple of things. I hate thong underwear, will not wear it, detest it, so when the author tried to get me in some I had a meltdown.

I’m a coffee addict…drink it almost nonstop, but then doesn’t everybody? All the authors I know do, well except my author, she drinks tea.

What else? I don’t really have secrets you know…they’re not healthy. I sort of spill my guts about sex and men in the book so there’s not much to say here.

What do you love best about yourself?

My hair if it’s a physical thing, and if not, then my compassionate nature.

What do you like least?

The author gave me smaller breasts than I would have liked. No really, I don’t mind that. (laughing) I suppose I quite like myself the way she’s written me.

How do you feel about the book you’re in?

It’s fun, sexy. It’s supposed to show a little of what people do for love and when they think they are losing love, or are in love and it’s the most important thing to them. We can be vulnerable and stupid, but if it’s right then it’s the best thing ever.

Can you share one of your favorite parts of the book without giving too much away and tell us why you chose it?

Okay it’s probably not what you expect given the amount of sex in the book, but here you go,

Seth was still sleeping. He looked gorgeous and Bethany stood in the doorway watching him for a moment or two. Suddenly his cell phone, which was on his bedside unit, began chirping. Like a flock of birds, the chirping filled the bedroom, and Seth sat up and looked around as if startled.

Bethany watched him suddenly realize it was his cell phone, reach for it, and shut off the alarm call.

He looked at her and smiled.

“Bethany you made me sleep properly for the first time in months.”

I chose it because that’s so cool to have helped someone like that. Have you ever been unable to sleep? It’s horrible.

How do you see your future? Without giving anything away.

Like I said in the beginning, you’ll not see any more of me. The other characters…well that could be a different story. Mine ends with this book.

Let’s say they make a movie about this book. Who do you want to play you, and why?

I truly hope there’s no movie of this book because I have no idea who I’d want to play me, and they more than likely would want Seth to play himself since he’s an actor. I think that would be horrible, watching him on the big screen getting naked with someone else.

Anything else you would like to tell us?

It’s been fun being here and not having the author, editor, cover artist, proof reader, beta readers watching everything I do. Thank you for inviting me and try not to let the author read this.

Two weeks ago I put the spotlight on Skye’s new release. Now, I’ll give you my review of Hear Me, plus an excerpt, and I have the details for Skye’s Tour wide giveaway.
Giveaway:

Skye Warren is giving away a $100 Amazon gift card and four $25 Barnes & Noble gift cards on this tour. Enter to win by leaving a comment below. What do you enjoy about reading dark books?

Blurb:
She doesn’t remember her past, only her training. She can’t talk, not that a good slave should speak out of turn. None of that matters when she wakes up in the warm, rustic room. Her new master is distant but kind. There’s only one problem: he doesn’t want her.

Longing for the shackles of safety, she pulls from the last dregs of her will to prove her worth as a slave. It seems to be working. He responds first to her body and next to her submission. The secrets of his past haunt the cabin, fraying the tightening bond between Master and slave, but it is her own memories that may finally unravel it.

This book contains a bonus short story Escape, set in the same dark erotica world.

WARNING:
This book contains explicit scenes of sex, including dubious consent and captivity situations. The BDSM does not conform to literary conventions, making it sometimes more realistic, and other times not. This is a work of fiction not appropriate for anyone uncomfortable with these situations or anyone under the age of eighteen.

Review:

This was my 2nd Skye Warren read and she blew this one out of the water. She keeps you on your toes from the very beginning, while she paints a sensual world threaded deep in emotions and submission, mystery and thrilling suspense, dominance and even romance.

It was easy to care about the Heroine (Melody/slave) right away, I could feel the fight in her even after she survived horrific sexual slavery. This story takes you on a journey, who is the heroine, where is the heroine. Skye starts the story at the perfect junction of change. You get to awaken along with the heroine and figure out along the way what the truth really is.

At one point the heroine thinks: She no longer thought of survival alone; she wanted more. The Heroine fights back from the slave mentality, but faces cruel obstacles along the way. Skye’s fluid powerful writing, that I’ve come to love, is present and in full force. I highly recommend Hear Me.

Excerpt (Explicit):

Her training wasn’t about how to stand or to suck, not really. She had become an expert at reading expressions, at decoding body language. He was a formidable cipher, but she only needed time.

Meanwhile, she knew well enough what those heavy lids and flattened lips meant. She saw the tinge of red on his cheeks. All of that would have told her, even if she hadn’t seen the bulge in his wet jeans. He wanted to take her and this time, it wasn’t in his sleep. It wasn’t in some awkward moment, born of pity—no. He had initiated this. He had brought her to this magical place. No dream.

He seemed to like her forwardness, like a release valve to the curious guilt he had about her status, so she tentatively reached up to sweep a wet lock of hair from his forehead. He remained still for her touch, his expression one of approving forbearance. But when she went to stroke down his neck, he caught her wrist.

“I’m going to ask you something, and I want you to say no if you don’t want it too. I’m afraid you can’t. If I were better—stronger—I wouldn’t even make you choose, but I…” He sighed. The moisture in the air beaded on his eyelashes. “It’s been so long. I’ve waited so long.”

He pulled her in deeper, until the water climbed her thighs and lapped at her cunt. They followed the wall of the cave until it opened up onto a small beach that was completely enclosed by cool stone and reflective water. Barely enough place for both of them, but she knew that was the point. Here even the white noise of the water was reduced, and all she could hear was her breath and his.

“I never imagined a submissive as perfect as you,” he said lowly, but the words were as commanding as she’d ever heard him. “I keep thinking you’re not real, that I’ll wake up and find myself alone again. But this isn’t real, is it? You aren’t really like this. They made you this way.”

Don’t make me think about it. Just want me.

“Jesus Christ,” he said. “When you look at me, so damn trusting. It’s not right. I know that, but I can’t stop. Will you let me, subby? Can I hurt you?”

@skye_warren

I found Skye through Six Sunday. Each week her six sentences would grab hold of me and sink in. I read Trust in Me (Dark Erotica #2) and really enjoyed it. There is a ton of power and emotion in Skye’s words. I jumped at the chance to be a part of Skye’s tour for the release of her third book in the series. She’s definitely an author I recommend. Skye will be here, at my blog in just two weeks. I’m excited. But you can check out her tour now, click on the tour button. Below I have the blurb, trailer, and buy links.
