Friday morning, Mark snuggled with Kate. He had a delicious hold of her breast and each time he gave it a little squeeze, she rocked her pelvis against him. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d been this comfortable with a woman, maybe never. She was certainly something he needed to keep exploring.

Now that his personal life was finally moving in the right direction, he hoped his professional one would follow the pattern. The developer would make their final decisions this afternoon. They had one last offer to entertain. From what he understood, there was only one other proposal to compete with. The other units had long ago been sold, leaving just the one end unit left. His contact told him all looked good, since today’s offer was expected to come in under his bid.

The construction would begin any day on the building and his dream would become a reality. The years of planning and saving were coming together. He’d imagined it happening a million different times and never had it been this sweet or with a luscious beauty lying beside him.

He blew across her shoulder.

“Hey.” Goosebumps rose over her ivory skin.

He blew across her skin again and pulled the covers back, revealing her curves.

“I’m trying to sleep here.”
