No tears threatened to spill down her cheeks, the only sign of her restrained fury was the tiny twitch in her eye. The day would have been perfect, everything had been in place. She had it all, the perfect dress, the perfect setting, all their family and friends. Now it was spoiled, now there was no prince charming waiting for her at the end of the aisle.
Anger and revenge pushed through her veins, but she continued to sit and stare at the forest beyond. Her mind wouldn’t let go of all she’d lost when he walked away.
He’d pay.

I’d like to see how she gets her revenge on her missing groom. The bride sounds like she may shift once clear of all her friends and family and go after him. I am definitely curious of the outcome.
