Thanks for stopping. Another picture…another 100 words.
Workouts usually cleared Sonya’s cluttered mind of garbage, but today it made it worse. How was she going to decide between the two men? One had the power and promise to save her people and her lands. The other had untapped potential and pulled at more than her heart. She didn’t dare risk everything her family died for. What could she possibly get back in return?
Love
Nonsense. It was known throughout the lands, only the weak choose love. A fat ugly tear rolled down her cheek and splashed on the table. Somehow she knew, love required more than strength.

Loved your take on the pic..I say follow your heart all the way..
I agree, the heart needs what it needs! Great post!
Loved the emotioned with this post. I love how you took an overtly sexual photo and turned it into something so much deeper.
Oh I love the world you describe here. I want to read more because I have so many questions.
Absolutely Beautiful Flasher! I love all the emotion. You have said so much in so few words.
Great Flash! I enjoyed every bit of it! Quite emotional.
Wonder work, SJ. I loved the emotional struggle in this.

A very different story. I like the piece, but can’t fit it to the picture. I would love to read more though!
Hey Angelica. When I first looked at the picture I saw a woman stretching possibly after a good workout. Which lead me to the first line in the 100. The tattoos helped to inspire what she was thinking about. I’ve been watching a lot of Games of Thrones lately which is where all the talk of lands and people come from.
Agreed. Would love an expanded fiction – with the details of her emotional injuries thrown in.
Very nice, heartfelt piece. I found it difficult to match to the image, but when I read it a second time, it vibes for me. 🙂 Wonderful post.
